Ross is a small, quiet, hilly, heavily wooded Marin county city with a population of about 3,000 people. Kids then move up to Redwood High, in the Tamalpais District, which scores in the 90th percentile of California public schools. Ross has no mail delivery, as it is perceived as being too intrusive.
