INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE WHAT’S MY HOME WORTH FORM:
This Baron & Chestney Real Estate form is designed for those who already own real estate, whether it is residential property (a house, condo, townhouse), multi-unit residential property (a duplex, triplex, fourplex), investment property (apartment building), commercial property (office building), or vacant land, and who wish to get a market evaluation by one of our discount real estate brokers as to what their property is currently worth. By completing this form, you will enable Baron & Chestney Real Estate to gather some preliminary information about your real estate, so that we will be better able to assist you with your realty needs by first providing you with a complimentary comparative market analysis of your property and its current value. Remember the old adage, “garbage in, garbage out” — the better the information that you provide to Baron & Chestney Real Estate, the better job that one of our discount realtors will be able to do in helping you with your realty needs. Once you have completed the form, be sure to include your contact information, so that one of our discount real estate brokers will know how best to reach you in order to begin the process. Remember: there is no obligation or cost whatsoever to you. Also, please be assured that any information that you provide will remain entirely confidential and proprietary — Baron & Chestney Real Estate does not share information about our clients or our potential clients with any other person or company without your prior permission.
