The Baron & Chestney Real Estate Referral Fee Program is an exciting opportunity for anyone age 18 or older to give a gift in the form of a $250 referral fee, as well as a $250 donation to the charity of that person's choice, donated in their name, for each real estate transaction that is successfully completed by Baron & Chestney Real Estate as a result of their referral. There is no limit per person, and the supply of real estate referral fees does not ever run out. A "referral" is a person who wishes to sell real estate or buy real estate or both. The only "catch" is that the real estate transaction must be successfully completed, only one realty referral fee per transaction will be paid, and a Baron & Chestney Real Estate discount real estate broker must receive a realtor commission from the deal. From that commission, Baron & Chestney Real Estate will pay out a $500 realtor referral fee in total, with $250 going to the gift recipient and $250 going to their favorite charity in their name.
