This form is the Baron and Chestney Real Estate Referral Form which you an use to submit a referral to Baron & Chestney Real Estate. The Baron & Chestney Referral Fee Program is an exciting opportunity for anyone age 18 or older to give a gift in the form of a $250 referral fee, as well as a $250 donation to the charity of that person's choice, donated in their name, for each realty transaction that is successfully completed by a Baron & Chestney discount realtor as a result of the referral. The only requirement is that the real estate deal must be successfully completed, only one real estate referral fee per transaction will be paid, and a Baron & Chestney discount realtor must receive a real estate commission from the transaction. From our real estate commission, our Baron & Chestney discount real estate broker will pay out a $500 real estate referral fee in total, with $250 going to the gift recipient and $250 going to their favorite charity in their name. A good charitable cause is well worth it. Our Baron & Chestney discount realtors take great pride and pleasure in knowing that they can contribute a share of their profits back into the community.
